Before you write

Help us understand
your enquiry.

  1. News tips and press enquiriesDescribe what happened, where and when. Identify the source of your information and any supporting material. Include a contact method if you would like us to follow up. Submitting a tip or press release does not guarantee publication.
  2. Corrections and editorial concernsUse the subject “Correction Request”. Include the article headline and URL, the specific passage or image you dispute, and supporting evidence. Email news@thebureaujournal.com. No payment is required for editorial review.
  3. Advertising and partnershipsDescribe your organisation, proposed campaign or collaboration, intended dates and objectives. Clearly identify commercial proposals. Commercial enquiries are considered separately from editorial submissions.
  4. Technical and privacy enquiriesFor a website issue, include the page URL, device or browser and a short description of the problem. For a privacy request, identify the relevant interaction and the action requested. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents.

What happens next

A considered response.

We review correspondence according to its subject, urgency and the information provided. Not every submission will lead to coverage, and general enquiries do not carry a guaranteed response time.

For correction requests, we aim to acknowledge receipt within two working days and provide an initial response within five working days. These are response targets, not guaranteed resolution deadlines. Complex matters may take longer; potentially harmful errors receive priority.

If an editorial concern remains unresolved, reply to the original thread and request further review. You may also forward the correspondence to info@thebureaujournal.com, explaining the outstanding issue.
