1. Operations (Project Services) Lead

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering discipline with a minimum of Second Class Upper or equivalent.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of six years post-graduation experience, including at least four years in the oil and gas sector.
• Proven experience at Project Manager level or above with cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience managing at least one complete project lifecycle and one bid lifecycle.
• PMP Certification or equivalent certification such as PRINCE2 or PgMP is mandatory.
• COREN registration or equivalent professional engineering certification.

2. Supply Chain Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) is desirable.
• Minimum of five years progressive experience in supply chain operations within the Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial sectors.

3. Business Development Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of six years experience in Business Development within the Oil & Gas, Power, or Industrial sectors.
• Strong strategic planning, negotiation, commercial and market analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Membership of relevant professional associations is preferred.
