The National Leader of the Gangariya Quality Politics Academy, popularly known as Jami’ar Siyasa Gangariya, Hon. Ado Tati Dala, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and National Security Adviser (NSA) Nuhu Ribadu for efforts to address insecurity and strengthen national development.
Tati Dala said recent developments in Nigeria’s security sector were gradually improving public confidence as the country moves closer to the 2027 general elections.
Tati Dala Commends Tinubu, Ribadu on Security
Speaking with journalists, Tati Dala described President Tinubu as a leader who was working to address some of the country’s major challenges, even though, according to him, the administration does not always publicise its achievements.
He said security agencies had recorded successes in the fight against terrorism, kidnapping and other forms of insecurity, including the rescue of kidnapped victims, particularly in parts of Northern Nigeria.
Tati Dala attributed part of the progress in the security sector to the strategic input and efforts of Ribadu, whom he described as working tirelessly to promote peace and stability across the country.
The comments come amid continued public attention on the federal government’s efforts to improve security conditions ahead of the 2027 elections, when voter safety and the ability of citizens to participate freely are expected to remain major issues.
Infrastructure Projects Could Support Security, Economy
Beyond security operations, Tati Dala also praised the Federal Government for ongoing road and railway construction projects across the country.
He argued that improved transportation infrastructure could contribute to better security by strengthening connectivity between communities while also supporting economic activity and creating employment opportunities for young Nigerians.
According to him, infrastructure development and improved security should work together to create conditions that encourage investment, mobility and economic growth.
Jami’ar Siyasa Gangariya Backs APC Ahead of 2027
The APC chieftain said members of Jami’ar Siyasa Gangariya were satisfied with the performance of the Tinubu administration and would continue to support its policies and programmes.
He further announced that the group would mobilise its members and supporters across communities to campaign for the APC and work towards securing victory for the party in the 2027 elections.
The group’s position comes as political parties and their supporters intensify preparations for the next general elections. The Bureau Journal has continued to track developments within the APC, including the emergence of APC senatorial candidates ahead of the 2027 elections.
Security Remains Key Issue Ahead of 2027
Security is expected to remain one of the major issues shaping Nigeria’s political conversation ahead of the 2027 polls. The ability of security agencies to protect voters, candidates, electoral officials and communities will be critical to the conduct of peaceful elections.
Tati Dala said the group would continue to support efforts aimed at strengthening national security and promoting stability across the country.
“We will mobilise for APC victory in 2027,” Tati Dala said, reaffirming the group’s commitment to supporting the party ahead of the polls.
His comments add to the growing political mobilisation around the 2027 elections, with APC supporters and political groups increasingly positioning themselves ahead of the presidential and other electoral contests.
The Bureau Journal will continue to monitor developments around Nigeria’s security situation, the APC and political activities ahead of the 2027 general elections.
